A while ago, I blogged a recipe for scone bread pizza. It’s been a firm favourite with the family for years, but a few months ago Biker Dude told me of a dough recipe he’d seen on twitter. I got the ingredients in and gave it a go. It was so tasty that we all unanimously decided this is the recipe I should make from now on.
8 oz self raising flour
4-5 heaped dessert spoons low fat Greek yoghurt
Salt & pepper
1 tsp mixed dried herbs
Mix all the dry ingredients together then gradually add the yoghurt, kneading it in. Allow to stand while you’re prepping all the other ingredients. Cook as in the original recipe. You’ll get approx. 3-4 largish pizza bases out of this quantity.
