Cooking tip: Oxo Cubes

I may be years behind on this,  but I saw a post on Facebook a few weeks ago and I was, not exactly stunned but I’ll use it for want of a better word, by it.

Unfold the flaps of an Oxo Cube and with the handle of a knife, gently bash the cube until it crumbles up. You’re left with a packet of powder you can tip into whatever you’re cooking. It saves your hands getting coated with powder!
